The UNMEE.tv video experience is enhanced through the installation of a "FREE" Active X plugin for your browser. This plugin allows you to have total control over the streaming video display. First confirm you have the most recent browser release.

After confirming you have the most recent browser then proceed to install the VCL plugin by following the next steps.

INSTALLATION:

WINDOWS Installation download -- click HERE:
1. Click DOWNLOAD VCL.
2. When asked to unblock Active X -- do so - usually shows at the top of the browser.
3. The Security Window will be displayed - click OK to allow the VLC to download.
4. On the download window - click RUN - the application should automatically install.
5. Restart the UNMEE.tv website. You should then see streaming video. Now is a good time to look at the How To Use page.
6. If you have issues email support@unmee.tv and give a short message of the problem you are having.
